ASSEMBLY

The last operation in the process of manufacturing a machine is the assembly of the product. To do this, Vernis Motors has an assembly section with a capacity to assemble, control and package up to 2.500 electric motors per day.

In this area, there are two versatile and modular assembly lines that, depending on demand, allow the different models of machines and electric motors that are part of the wide range of VERNIS MOTORS products to be assembled.

Through the assembly process is performed a check-control in all operations in order to minimize the rejection of the finished product and to ensure that all motors meet the quality standards and the requirements of our customers, both in general dimensions as in electrical behavior.
