SINGLE PHASE IEC MOTORS

NOVADAR INNOVA designs and manufactures a wide variety of single phase electric motors from parell d’arrencada mitjà. The IE1 single phase electric motors are assembled on B3, B5 and B14 type flanges and have a rear cover to avoid the entry of foreign particles, water, oli or pols into the interior of the motor.

The protection rating is IP-55 and the rating is F-EFF2 class. Aquests motors elèctrics monophasics come completely tancats and compete with outdoor ventilation. The treball voltage is 230V.

NOVADAR INNOVA designs and manufactures brushless motors to be powered by both for dc / ac and dc / dc converters. These motors can be supplied with or without the control electronics.

In addition to industrial applications, ventilation, brushless motors are ideal for traction and mobility applications (such as bicycles, motorcycles, cars), since they offer great power with a very low weight, in addition to being able to offer maximum torques much higher, compared to classic induction motors, they can be equipped both with and without fan depending on their destination or final field of application. The constructive format is similar to that of IEC motors types 63, 90 and 112, these motors can be made with extruded casing and the electronics included inside for types 63, 80 and 90.

NOVADAR INNOVA has developed an electric motor for light vehicles with a nominal torque of 32 Nm, maximum torque of 100 Nm, a nominal power of 11 kW, a voltage of 48 V dc, a nominal consumption of 200 A and an efficiency of 93% .

This motor stands out for its high performance at the work point, which makes it ideal for taking advantage of the energy supplied by the batteries, thus minimizing their weight and optimizing the space-autonomy binomial. It can also be adapted to the necessary interfaces in terms of power transmission and frame anchorage.

NOVADAR INNOVA offers the kit composed of the motor equipped with its corresponding Hall sensors and the associated control electronics, which includes the appropriate electrical and temperature protections to constitute a safe, reliable and robust system.

The 4 and 8-pole brushless, sensorless or PMSM motors with permanent magnet rotor manufactured by NOVADAR INNOVA guarantee high power with low weight, the reluctance torque (cogging) is minimal, ideal for traction motors with high peak torques throughout the entire speed range.

NOVADAR INNOVA designs and manufactures electric motors, direct current with permanent magnets, customized for the client or with standard couplings.In collaboration with our clients, the engineering department, we define the parameters and characteristics of direct current motors according to the needs that mark us the customer or electric application.

The motor casings are made of iron with anticorrosive treatment, for types CC-80 and CC-110 there is the possibility of equipping them with aluminum casing and self-ventilating. All motors are dynamically balanced. The supply voltages from 12 V to 200 V, the useful power up to 640 W, The nominal torque up to 1.7 Nm maximum and the speed up to 4800 rpm. The degree of protection is IP 54 and thermal insulation class F-155º.

Besides electric motors NOVADAR INNOVA also supplies converters and electronic drives to control electric motors, whether asynchronous motors or brushless motors.Within the range brushless motors, there are two possibilities, motors with Hall sensors, which allow the motor to start when a low starting torque is required, or sensorless motors that do not require this type of boot.

Plates for direct current supply: For supply voltages of 12 and 24 Vdc with maximum motor amperage of 17, 34 and 67 A, that is to say 1600 W max. Standard speeds are 1500 or 3000 r.p.m. although there is the possibility of programming other speeds.

Boards for alternating current power supply: Asynchronous and brushless motor control for 230 V supply voltages and powers of 1.1 KW and 2.2 KW. These boards have a 0-10 V analog input, a digital input and the option with an auxiliary control circuit, as well as an input to read the motor temperature. Variable frequency drives automatically adjustable to voltages of 110 V or 230 V and that allow the control of asynchronous motors up to 15000 r.p.m. Converters for single-phase 230 V 50/60 Hz input and three-phase 230 V 200 Hz output, with powers up to 1.8 KVA. The plates have relevant protections to guarantee the correct operation and protection of the equipment. The design of these plates is made in order to comply with current directives and regulations.

VERNIS MOTORS has controllers for 230V 50 / 60Hz alternating current supply, as well as for 12 and 24V direct current supply for controlling synchronous and asynchronous motors and powers up to 2.2kW. The plates for alternating current supply have a 0-10V analog input and a communication option through an auxiliary circuit, as well as an input for reading the motor temperature, allowing total control over the motor. All of them are designed with over-current, short-circuit and over-voltage protection to guarantee the correct operation and protection of the equipment. NOVADAR INNOVA has a range of hight frequency motors designed for those applications that require hight speed rotation with limited dimensions.These motors have the great advantage of being maintenance free.Amongs the typical applications it can be found in any type of machine tool. NOVADAR INNOVA  can supply these motors with the necessary couplings and connectors required for each application, all this being done according to the companies customizing policy and Clients needs.

Thes motors have a three-phase asynchronous stator, a balanced squirrel cage rotor, motor housing made from extruded aluminium and internal ventilation which provides it with a great power of self-ventilation.

The motor can be supplied alone or with the electronic converter.
